
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – baking powder
• 1/4 tsp- salt
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1 cup – chopped ripe mangoes
• 2 tbsp -vegetable oil
Method:
- Sift the dry ingredients together into a bowl. Give it a quick mix.
- In another bowl, mix the milk and oil together until well blended.
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry ones and whisk just until the dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.
- Stir in the mangoes and whisk well.
- Now proceed with the instructions on your waffle iron.
