Ingredients:

• 2 cups – all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – baking powder
• 1/4 tsp- salt
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1 cup – chopped ripe mangoes
• 2 tbsp -vegetable oil

Method:

  1. Sift the dry ingredients together into a bowl. Give it a quick mix.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk and oil together until well blended.
  3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ones and whisk just until the dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.
  4. Stir in the mangoes and whisk well.
  5. Now proceed with the instructions on your waffle iron.
