
Ingredients:
• 1 small bunch – suwa(dil) bhaji
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup – curds
• For Masala:
• 1 chilli, finely chopped
• a piece ginger, finely chopped
• salt to taste
Method:
- Chop the suwa finely. Wash thoroughly.
- Beat the curd.
- Add the chopped suwa and the masalas. Mix well.
- Chill and serve.
