Ingredients:
• 250 g – Doodhi
• 100 g – soaked moong dal
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• oil as required
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds start crackling, add the pieces of doodhi, soaked moong dal, salt and all the masalas.
- Add water if necessary and cook until done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
