Ingredients:
• 1 cup – grated Doodhi (bottle gourd)
• 2 cups – fresh Curd
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 3/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – ground Sugar
• 1/2 tsp each – cumin and Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tbsp – coriander, chopped finely
Method:
- Boil grated doodhi in a little water until soft. Drain and keep aside to cool.
- Coarsely crush the seeds together with stone or pestle.
- Beat the curd and milk together until smooth.
- Add all ingredients, including the doodhi.
- Mix well and chill for an hour before serving.
