Ingredients:

• 5 cups – Maida
• 1 cup – Curd (blended)
• 250 g -sugar
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp -soda bicarbonate
• 2 tsp – baking powder
• 1 tsp – salt
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Sieve the maida, baking powder and salt and mix well.
  2. Mix soda bicarbonate with the curd.
  3. Beat the egg and add sugar and blend.
  4. Mix the flour mixture and milk to it.
  5. Make a dough.
  6. Roll the dough into doughnuts.
  7. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown from both sides.
