Ingredients:

• 1 cup sweet Corn
• 3 cups Milk
• 2 cups Sugar
• Ghee
• Cashewnuts, badam, finely chopped

Method:

  1. Grind sweet corn. Heat ghee, add ground sweet corn paste to the ghee and fry till it turns brown. Now add milk, stir continuously till the milk gets properly mixed with the sweet corn paste.
  2. Add sugar, mix well and fry till ghee gets separated from halwa.
  3. Finally, add all the nuts.
