Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Maida ( flour )
• 5 – small Onions
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tsp – Milk
• Salt – a pinch
• A pinch of soda bi-carbonate
• 2 cups – water
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds | 1 cup – grated Coconut

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Keep aside for half an hour.
  3. Cook thin crepes with the batter, using a non stick pan.
  4. Place the crepes inside out to get a polished looking Mutta paal aada.
  5. Spread 2 tablespoons of ground coconut over the crepe. Sprinkle sugar over the coconut to taste.
  6. Roll tightly and serve hot or cold.
