Ingredients:

• 10 – baby Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
• 2 – medium Tomatoes
• 1 -medium Onion
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-green chilli paste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – kasuri Methi and Coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, and fry onions till golden.
  2. Add all the masala and paste and fry for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, and fry till the tomatoes are tender.
  3. Add salt and baby potatoes, and stir them.
  4. Garnish with kasuri methi and coriander and serve with rotis.
