Ingredients:
• Chicken – 800 gm
• Curd – 1/2 cup
• Egg – 1
• black pepper – 1 tsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• ajwain – 1 tsp
• red pepper – 1 tsp
• Lime – 1
• chaat masala – 1 tsp
• Onion – 2 sliced round for garnishing
Method:
- Wash and prick the chicken with fork. Beat the curd and egg separately. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except lime and chaat masala.
- Cover the chicken tightly and keep it in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
- Set the microwave on grill combination and place the chicken on the grill.
- Cook for 12 minutes. Turn over and grill the other side.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice and garnish with onion rings and mint leaves. Serve hot with corriander mint chutney.
