Ingredients:

• 1 liter – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Rice
• Essence vanilla or rose
• Dry fruits – Pista, Cashews, Badams

Method:

  1. Soak the rice for 2 hrs. Dry the rice completely
  2. Grind the rice to fine powder
  3. Boil the milk, on high flame and stir continuously
  4. Add sugar, essence and rice powder.
  5. Now on low flame, allow it to cook for 15 minutes till thickening
  6. Allow it to cool
  7. Garnish with the dry fruits
  8. Chill for 2 hrs before serving. Serve hot or cold as desired
