Ingredients:
• 1 liter – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Rice
• Essence vanilla or rose
• Dry fruits – Pista, Cashews, Badams
Method:
- Soak the rice for 2 hrs. Dry the rice completely
- Grind the rice to fine powder
- Boil the milk, on high flame and stir continuously
- Add sugar, essence and rice powder.
- Now on low flame, allow it to cook for 15 minutes till thickening
- Allow it to cool
- Garnish with the dry fruits
- Chill for 2 hrs before serving. Serve hot or cold as desired
