Ingredients:
• 1/2 tin – sweetened condensed Milk
• 250 g – Tofu (silken) or low fat Paneer
• 2 tbsp – skimmed Milk powder
• 50 g – fresh fruits, chopped into small cubes (apple, pear, grapes)
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• silver varakh
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients except fruit cubes, into a smooth paste.
- Transfer to a thick bottomed pan and heat, stirring continuously.
- Once the mixture is heated thoroughly, reduce the flame.
- Cook on low fire, stirring continuously, for 15 minutes or till the mixture is dry enough.
- Cool it slightly.
- Add the chopped fruits and mix well.
- Pour onto a greased plate. Leave to cool.
- When cooled, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Decorate with silver varakh, and garnish with chopped pista.
- Cut into shapes and serve.
