Ingredients:

• 10-12 – dried Kokum
• 2-3 glasses – water (or as needed)
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• A pinch – Hing
• 2 – crushed Garlic Cloves
• 1 – chopped chilli
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tbsp – Cilantro / Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak kokum in 2 glasses of water for 3 hours. Strain and discard the pulp.
  2. Add the sugar, salt, and hing. Mix till the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the crushed garlic, chopped chillies and coriander leaves.
  4. Add water if needed and adjust salt and spices to taste.
  5. Serve chilled.
