Ingredients:
• 10-12 – dried Kokum
• 2-3 glasses – water (or as needed)
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• A pinch – Hing
• 2 – crushed Garlic Cloves
• 1 – chopped chilli
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tbsp – Cilantro / Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak kokum in 2 glasses of water for 3 hours. Strain and discard the pulp.
- Add the sugar, salt, and hing. Mix till the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the crushed garlic, chopped chillies and coriander leaves.
- Add water if needed and adjust salt and spices to taste.
- Serve chilled.
