
Ingredients:
• 250g – finger-shaped, fish pieces
• 1/2 pod – Garlic
• Salt to taste
• Bread crumbs – 1/4 cup
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 – Ginger
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 – Egg
Method:
- Grind the ginger and garlic to a smooth paste.
- Marinate the fish with this paste and the rest of the ingredients (except the egg and crumbs) for 2 hours.
- Roll the fish in the beaten egg and bread crumbs, and deep-fry till golden brown in colour.
- Serve.
