
Ingredients:
• 200 g – ginger, sliced into small pieces
• 200 ml – gingili oil
• 1 cup – Tamarind juice
• Salt to taste
• 50 g – Jaggery
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
Method:
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and fry ginger till brown.
- Grind fried ginger and keep aside.
- Take 100 ml oil in a pan, roast mustard seeds; add tamarind juice and salt and boil.
- Add ginger paste and boil till it thickens.
- Add a little jaggery in the end. | | Serve with curd rice or dosas.
