
Ingredients:
• 5-6 -medium boiled Potatoes
• 1/2 cup -boiled Spinach paste
• 1/2 cup- boiled Green peas
• 4-5- bread slices
• 1 tsp -crushed cumin
• 1 tsp -garam masala powder
• 1 tsp -lemon juice
• 1.5 tsp – Green chilli paste
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp -green coriander
• 2 tbsp -poppy seeds
• Salt
• Oil to fry
• Tomato sauce
Method:
- Mash boiled potatoes.
- Add the prepared spinach paste and crushed green peas.
- Soak bread slices in water, squeeze to remove excess water, mash and add to this mixture.
- Add all the remaining ingredients except poppy seeds and oil.
- Now make balls of this mixture and make circular, oval or heart shapes.
- Sprinkle with poppy seeds and shallow fry in a non-stick pan.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
