Ingredients:

• Sour Cream 425 gms
• Sugar 4 tsp
• Cardamoms 8 – 10
• Saffron (optional)

Method:

  1. Add the sugar to the sour cream and beat well.
  2. Powder the cardamoms and add it to the cream sugar mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 – 3 hours.
