Ingredients:
• 1 cup – raw Rice
• 1 cup – par boiled Rice
• 1 cup – Toor Dal
• 2 tbsp – Coconut
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 8 – Red Chillies
• Drumstick greens – as needed
• Asafetida – a pinch
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Soak raw rice, par boiled rice and toor dal together in water for 2 hours.
- Grind the rice coarsely along with other ingredients (except greens ) and when the batter is ready add greens to it and mix well.
- Make adai on a tawa, roasting it on both the sides.
