
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – coconut, grated
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• Pinch of Saffron
• 1/2 small tsp. white Cardamom powder.
Method:
- Soak the saffron in warm milk for 5 mins.
- Add the sugar in the saffron and heat the mixture.
- When the sugar dissolves, reduce the heat.
- Add the cardamom powder and the grated coconut and cook till the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and spread on a greased tray and pat evenly.
- Let it cool.
- Cut into desired shapes.
