Ingredients:

• 1 cup – All-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – Whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 – Bananas (over-ripe)
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1 tbsp – Apple cider Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/4 cup – Chocolate powder
• 1/3 cup – Almonds
• 3 tbsp – Canola Oil
• 1 cup – Water

Method:

  1. Mash the bananas into a smooth puree.
  2. Grind the almonds into a coarse powder.
  3. Sieve together the all-purpose flour, chocolate powder, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the banana puree, water, oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Add the sugar with the dry ingredients.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  7. Gradually mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together.
  8. Also add the ground almond meal.
  9. Beat everything until it becomes a soft and smooth batter.
  10. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it. Place it on the middle rack and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  11. Let it cool before slicing.
