
Ingredients:
• For sauce:
• 1 tsp oil
• 1/4 cup onions, chopped fine
• 1/2 tbsp – garlic, chopped
• 3/4 tsp – Tomato puree
• 1/4 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup low fat Milk
• 1/2 tsp – cornflour mixed in 1/2 tbsp water
• For pasta:
• 1.5 cups – whole Wheat pasta, cooked
• 1 tsp – garlic, chopped
• 1/4 cup – sweet Corn kernels
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli flakes
• 1/4 cup – Capsicum
• 1/2 tsp – oil
Method:
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add onions, garlic and saute.
- Add tomato puree, chilli powder and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add milk and corn flour mixed in water; boil and keep sauce aside.
- Heat 1 tsp oil and saute garlic and capsicum.
- Add corn, chilli flakes, pasta and sauce and toss gently.
- Cook for 1 minute more and serve hot.
