
Ingredients:
• 500 gm – fish
• 100 gm – Onions
• 5gm – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Ginger
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – amchur
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 30gms – Ghee
Method:
- Scale, gut and clean fish
- Cut into pieces on the bone.
- Grind together all the ingredients and smear it on the fish.
- Keep aside for 2 hours.
- Heat ghee and deep fry fish till almost done and remove.
- Just before serving, fry fish the second time and serve immediately.
