Ingredients:
• Raw Mango – 2 nos
• Coconut (grated) – 1 cup
• Chilli Powder – 2 tbs
• Mustard (Kaduku) – 1 tbsp
• Cumin seed (Jeerakam) – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – 1 stalk
• Curd – 1 tbsp
• Salt – As required
• Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Peel out the Mango and either grate it or make small pieces. Grind mango pieces along with grated coconut, chilli powder, mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves (few) etc.
- Then add curd, coconut oil, curry leaves and mix well. Now your manga perukku is ready to increase your appetite.
