Ingredients:

• Milk – 1/2 litre
• Sago – 2 tbsps
• Cashwenuts – 100 g
• Cardamoms – 3 (Powdered)
• Fine Mango Puree – 1 cup
• Ghee – 2 tbsps
• Sugar – to taste

Method:

  1. Heat Ghee and fry the cashewnuts in it.
  2. Put Sago and milk and allow it to boil.
  3. Add sugar to taste and powdered cardamom.
  4. Simmer till milk thickens.
  5. Add the mango pulp and remove from fire.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
