A perfect dish to serve to friends or family get-together. Chili con carne is very easy and spicy recipe which gives a rich taste. Chili con carne can be severed with rice. If you haven’t tried or tasted Mexican food, then I must say, this recipe is must try, you have to make this once.
Ingredients
– 500 gm minced meat
– 34 cup red kidney beans (rajma), soaked overnight and boiled
– 4 tablespoon oil
– 4 garlic flakes, crushed
– 1 finely chopped onion
– 2 cups tomato puree
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 tablespoon pepper
– 2 tablespoon red chili powder
How To Make?
1. Take a pan and add oil heat it. Now, add garlic and fry for 1 minute.
2. Add the onion and fry for another 2-4 minutes.
3. Now, add mince and cook for 10 minutes until it becomes golden brown in color.
Step 4: Then add 3/4 cup water and give 2 whistles and then remove from fire.
5. After the pressure drops, dry the mince and add tomato puree, sugar, pepper, salt, boiled beans and red chili powder.
6. Now, pour the mixture in a greased casserole, cover it and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a SLOW oven at 150 C
7. Serve hot.
