Ingredients:

• 300 g – ladies finger (cut into small pieces)
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – dried Mango powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chillies
• 2 – 3 – fresh Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil and put in all the masalas (except the salt and mango powder).
  2. Stir fry for one minute and add the bhindi.
  3. Mix well and then microwave for 5 mins uncovered.
  4. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes and then serve.
