
Ingredients:
• 300 g – ladies finger (cut into small pieces)
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – dried Mango powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chillies
• 2 – 3 – fresh Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil and put in all the masalas (except the salt and mango powder).
- Stir fry for one minute and add the bhindi.
- Mix well and then microwave for 5 mins uncovered.
- Let it stand for 2-3 minutes and then serve.
