Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Idli batter
• 1/2 cup – Any leftover masalas
• A few drops of oil.
Method:
- Grease a bowl and pour the idli batter up to half the bowl.
- Then add a tablespoon of the masala and pour the idli batter again.
- Cover the masala, cook in microwave for 5 minutes on high.
- Now insert a toothpick to check whether the idli is well cooked, if it comes out clean, the idli is perfectly cooked.
