Ingredients:
• Potatoes, boiled -2
• Cheese, grated – 1/2 cup
• Mushroom, finely chopped- 1/2 cup
• Onion, chopped -1
• Green chillies -4, finely chopped
• Coriander leaves- a few
• Salt- to taste
• Oil- as required
• Maida -2 tbsp
• Water
• Salt to taste
• Bread crumbs- 2 tbsp.
Method:
- Combine the boiled potatoes, cheese, mushrooms, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into cutlets.
- Now mix the maida, water and salt in another bowl.
- Coat the cutlet with the maida batter and then lightly cover with the bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with sauce.
