Ingredients:

• Potatoes, boiled -2
• Cheese, grated – 1/2 cup
• Mushroom, finely chopped- 1/2 cup
• Onion, chopped -1
• Green chillies -4, finely chopped
• Coriander leaves- a few
• Salt- to taste
• Oil- as required
• Maida -2 tbsp
• Water
• Salt to taste
• Bread crumbs- 2 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Combine the boiled potatoes, cheese, mushrooms, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into cutlets.
  3. Now mix the maida, water and salt in another bowl.
  4. Coat the cutlet with the maida batter and then lightly cover with the bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with sauce.
