Ingredients:

• 250 g – macaroni
• 250 g – mince, either Beef or Mutton
• 2 – small Onions chopped
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – grated cheese.

Method:

  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling salt water till soft.
  2. Drain, the hot water, pass through running water and drain and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till brown.
  4. Add the mince, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
  5. Cook on low heat till the mince is cooked and all the water dries up.
  6. Now add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  7. Spread the grated cheese on top.
  8. Serve.
