
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch -cilantro
• 1 bunch – Mint
• 3 tsp – coarsely crushed roasted Peanuts
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 – Lemon
• 1/4 cup – chopped Onion
Method:
- Add mint, cilantro and onion in a blender and grind.
- Add salt, red chilli pepper and blend again using a little bit of water.
- Take the ground mixture in a bowl and add peanuts, sugar, and the juice of one lemon.
- Mix well and enjoy with samosas or rice.
