Ingredients:
• 100 g – Soya tofu, grated
• 50 g – Gram flour
• 2 tsp – White flour
• 80 g – Sugar
• 5 – Walnuts- powdered
• 1 tsp – Sweet Cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Roast the gram flour in a thick bottom pan in 1 tbsp of ghee or soya oil.
- Mix this with the grated tofu and heat through.
- Grind this with the remaining ingredients in a mixer.
- Grease a thali with some milk and spread the mixture on it.
- Flatten the mixture and cut into burfis.
