
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – gelatine
• Mix together:
• 4 cups – Tomato juice
• 1/4 tsp – crushed Ginger
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• Salt as per taste
• Make a mixture of:
• 1 cup – finely chopped boiled eggs
• 1/4 cup – chopped Tomatoes
• 1/4 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – chopped Celery
• 1/4 cup – chopped Onion
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
Method:
- Add 2 tbsps gelatine in 1/2 cup tomato juice.
- Bring to boil the remaining 3.5 cups of tomato juice.
- Add the dissolved gelatine in the boiling juice.
- Add the remaining mixed ingredients. Stir well.
- Let it boil for 2 minutes. Remove from fire. Pour into a mould.
- Let it set in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
- Unmold and serve.
