Ingredients:

• Minced goat Meat – 500 g
• Egg – 2
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• For grinding with mutton:
• Ginger – 1/2 inch
• Dhania patta – 1 bunch
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Garlic flakes – 10
• Green chilly – 3
• Small Elaichi – 2
• Haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
• Jeera powder – 1 tsp
• Dhania powder – 1 tsp
• Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients with the keema (minced mutton).
  2. Transfer the ground mixture into a bowl, add egg and butter. Marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Make round balls of the keema.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the keema golis till golden brown.
  5. Serve with onion rings, lemon wedges and tomato sauce.
