Ingredients:
• 2 piece of bread slice
• 1 tbsp-grated cheese
• 1 tbsp-grated panner
• 1-chopped Green chilli
• 1 pod- Garlic
• 1/2 inch-ginger
• 1 sprig- daniya patha
• 1/2 cup- besan batter
• 1 tsp-chat masala
• salt to taste
• oil to fry
Method:
- Roll bread like chapati.
- Mix cheese, paneer, chopped chilli, garlic, ginger, daniya patha, chat masala and salt.
- Warp the mix in bread. Dip in besan batter and fry till brown. Serve with tangy chutney.
