Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Boiled veggies (carrot, peas, French beans, sweet corn)
• 1 cup – Boiled noodles
• 2 – Boiled Potatoes
• 1/2 cup – Cooked Rice
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Chopped Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Chopped Onions
• 1/2 cup – Breadcrumbs (optional).
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Then mash them to prepare medium sized balls.
- Deep Fried on low heat (baking is also an option).
- If using bread crumbs then roll the balls on the bread crumbs and fry.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle with chat masala some lemon juice.
- Serve hot.
