
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Ricotta cheese (full fat)
• 1/4 cup – Pistachio Powder
• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 2 cups – Milk Powder (low fat)
• A few Pistachio pieces
• 1 tbsp – Butter + 1 tsp – Butter
Method:
- Take a Microwave bowl. Add the ricotta cheese, sugar, milk powder, pistachio powder and butter and stir them continuously until the cheese gets well mixed.
- Keep the Microwave on ‘High’ temperature for 5 minutes.
- The mixture may double in volume. Stir once.
- In another Microwave bowl, add a tsp of butter and rolled oats.
- Cook everything for 5 minutes on ‘High’ (stir in between).
- Add the cooked oats to the cheese mixture and cook again on ‘High’ for 15 minutes in Microwave oven.
- Transfer to a flat dish, sprinkle the pistachios pieces on the top.
- Keep aside and let it cool. Cut in any shape.
