Ingredients:

• 1 Onion grated
• 2 whole dry Red Chillies
• 2 tsbp – Olive oil
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – ground Sugar
• 8-10 Mint leave finely chopped
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Warm oil and add chillies.
  2. Cover and keep aside for 20 mins or till required.
  3. Remove chillies and reheat the chilli oil.
  4. Add onion, saute till pink and tender.
  5. Add all other ingredients, mix well and stir fry for 2 mins.
  6. Cool a bit, pour over chilled salad and toss with chopsticks or fork.
  7. Serve immediately.
