Ingredients:
• 1 Onion grated
• 2 whole dry Red Chillies
• 2 tsbp – Olive oil
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – ground Sugar
• 8-10 Mint leave finely chopped
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste
Method:
- Warm oil and add chillies.
- Cover and keep aside for 20 mins or till required.
- Remove chillies and reheat the chilli oil.
- Add onion, saute till pink and tender.
- Add all other ingredients, mix well and stir fry for 2 mins.
- Cool a bit, pour over chilled salad and toss with chopsticks or fork.
- Serve immediately.
