
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 medium Onion (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Tomato paste
• 250 grams – Paneer
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – dried Mint leaves (crushed)
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup – Cream
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped onion till it turns pink in colour.
- Add tomato paste and mix well.
- Add paneer pieces and all the dry masala. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Just before serving, heat the curry a pan and add cream. Serve with chapatti or naan.
