Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Red kidney beans
• Cardamom powder – a pinch
• 2 tsp – grated Coconut
• 1/4 cup – grated Jaggery
• 2 tsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Dry fry the red kidney beans in a pan till its raw smell goes.
  2. Wash and pressure cook.
  3. Heat a pan and add grated jaggery and a little water.
  4. When the jaggery dissolves, add the cooked red kidney beans and mix it well till the mixture does not stick to the pan
  5. Add ghee, cardamom powder and grated coconut and mix it well.
