Ingredients:

• 12 pieces – baby Corn
• 1 – Carrot
• 50 gms – Cabbage
• 50 gms – long beans
• 25 gms – button Mushrooms
• 7 – fresh Red Chillies
• 5 Cloves – Garlic
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Slice all the vegetables into thin, long pieces.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  3. Peel the garlic and, along with the red chillies, pound it into a paste.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  5. Add the grounded chilli- garlic paste and fry till the raw smell arises.
  6. Add the vegetables and fry till it is cooked.
  7. If necessary, add some water.
  8. Add soya sauce and salt to taste.
  9. Serve it hot with steamed Thai fragrant rice.
