Pina Colada is a creamy, refreshing summer mocktail recipe. Pina Colada is made from coconut milk; pineapple juice and lemon juice, all are blended till it becomes smooth. You can strain it to remove the fiber to make it smooth, but generally I prefer to keep it pulpy for some texture and this mocktail simply tastes so great!

– 6 tablespoon powdered sugar or to taste
– Some ice cubes
For Garnishing
– 1 fresh pineapple ring cut into 4 wedges
