• Badam – 50 g
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Milk – a little for grinding the Badam
• Ghee – 2 to 3 spoon


  1. Soak badam in hot water for one hour. Peel the skin.
  2. Grind it to smooth paste with milk.
  3. Take sugar in a pan add little water. Let it cook till one string consistency.
  4. Now, add the badam paste and keep stirring until it leaves the sides of the pan.
  5. Add the ghee and switch off the stove. Keep stirring till it becomes like a ball and put it in the greased tray.
  6. Cut into pieces once it becomes slightly cool. Now serve it hot or cold.
