Ingredients:
• For the balls:
• Non fat dry Milk – 2 cups
• All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
• Heavy whipping Cream – according to the need to make the dough.
• Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil for frying.
• For the syrup:
• white Sugar – 2 cups
• Water – 1 cup
Method:
- Mix all the dry ingredients. Make the dough with heavy whipping cream.
- Make medium size balls and deep fry them in oil.
- Boil the water and sugar till little thick.
- Soak the balls in the syrup.
- Gulab jamuns are ready.
