
Ingredients:
• Karela – 250 g
• Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 4 tbsps
Method:
- Slice the karelas into thin rounds.
- Smear with salt and keep aside for an hour. Drain out the water and sun dry for a couple of days.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry the dried karelas till golden brown.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and mix well with lime juice before serving.
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander and onion.
