Ingredients:

• Tomatoes – 6
• Carrot – 1
• Onion – 1
• Garlic – 6 flakes
• Soyabeans or Ralmah – 2 tsp
• Cooked noodles – 2 tsp
• Grated Cheese – 2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Cream – 2 tsp
• Flour – 2 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Sugar – to taste
• Pepper powder – to taste
• Milk – 1 cup

Method:

  1. Soak beans overnight.
  2. Wash and cook till tender.
  3. Chop all the vegetables.
  4. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  5. Add onion and garlic and fry till raw smell disappears.
  6. Add tomatoes and carrot.
  7. Fry till tomatoes becomes soft and mushy.
  8. Add flour and fry till raw smell disappears.
  9. Pour four cups of water.
  10. Add salt, sugar, pepper powder and pressure cook for 10 mins.
  11. Let the mixture cool and then blend it to a liquid consistency. Strain and keep aside.
  12. Mix in milk, the cooked beans and noodles.
  13. Serve hot, garnished with cheese and cream.
