
Ingredients:
• Tomatoes – 6
• Carrot – 1
• Onion – 1
• Garlic – 6 flakes
• Soyabeans or Ralmah – 2 tsp
• Cooked noodles – 2 tsp
• Grated Cheese – 2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Cream – 2 tsp
• Flour – 2 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Sugar – to taste
• Pepper powder – to taste
• Milk – 1 cup
Method:
- Soak beans overnight.
- Wash and cook till tender.
- Chop all the vegetables.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Add onion and garlic and fry till raw smell disappears.
- Add tomatoes and carrot.
- Fry till tomatoes becomes soft and mushy.
- Add flour and fry till raw smell disappears.
- Pour four cups of water.
- Add salt, sugar, pepper powder and pressure cook for 10 mins.
- Let the mixture cool and then blend it to a liquid consistency. Strain and keep aside.
- Mix in milk, the cooked beans and noodles.
- Serve hot, garnished with cheese and cream.
