Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Poha
• 1 cup Sugar or (natural brown Sugar)
• 4 – Badam
• A small cup of Raisin
• Elachi powder
• 1/2 cup – Ghee

Method:

  1. Heat a pan. Add 2 tsp ghee, fry badam and then raisins. Keep aside.
  2. Add poha and fry on a low flame till it is golden brown. Allow to cool.
  3. Powder poha and sugar in a mixer.
  4. In a bowl, mix this powder, fried badam and raisins
  5. Heat remaining ghee and add to the mix. Make balls.
