Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Poha
• 1 cup Sugar or (natural brown Sugar)
• 4 – Badam
• A small cup of Raisin
• Elachi powder
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
Method:
- Heat a pan. Add 2 tsp ghee, fry badam and then raisins. Keep aside.
- Add poha and fry on a low flame till it is golden brown. Allow to cool.
- Powder poha and sugar in a mixer.
- In a bowl, mix this powder, fried badam and raisins
- Heat remaining ghee and add to the mix. Make balls.
