Ingredients:
• 2 cups – fresh curd.
• 1 bunch – pudina/mint leaves, finely chopped.
• 1 – medium size onion, finely chopped.
• A pinch – cumin powder.
• A pinch – black salt or regular salt to taste.
Method:
- Pour the curd in a bowl.
- Add the finely chopped mint leaves and onion.
- Add cumin powder and salt to taste and mix well.
- Serve with any pulao or flavoured rice.
