Ingredients:

• 1 full bunch – Mint leaves
• 3 flakes – Garlic
• 3-4- Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 1.5 tsp -sugar
• salt

Method:

  1. Wash and clean the mint leaves, then pluck from the soft stem.
  2. Put leaves in the mixer and half grind it and then softly squeeze out the juice.
  3. Again put these half-squeezed leaves in the mixer and add all the other remaining ingredients (add 1-2 tbsp of water if needed).
  4. Grind till chutney turns smooth.
