Ingredients:
• 1 full bunch – Mint leaves
• 3 flakes – Garlic
• 3-4- Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 1.5 tsp -sugar
• salt
Method:
- Wash and clean the mint leaves, then pluck from the soft stem.
- Put leaves in the mixer and half grind it and then softly squeeze out the juice.
- Again put these half-squeezed leaves in the mixer and add all the other remaining ingredients (add 1-2 tbsp of water if needed).
- Grind till chutney turns smooth.
