Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Ragi flour
• 2 – medium-sized Potatoes (boiled, peeled and grated)
• 1/4 tsp – chilli powder
• salt to taste
• a pinch of Hing
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Mix the ingredients in water to prepare the batter (dosa batter-like consistency).
- Prepare the oothapams as usual, smearing oil on both the sides.
- Serve hot with idli podi or chutney.
