Ingredients:
• Milk – 1 litre
• Sugar – 1/2 kg
• Vermicelli (Semiya) – 1/2 kg
• Ghee – 1/4 kg
• Cashew nut – 25
• Cardamom – 5
• Dry Grapes – 25
• Water – 2 cups
Method:
- Pour 50 gm of ghee in a frying pan. Fry vermicelli in ghee until it becomes brown.
- Keep the vermicelli in a separate plate.
- Then fry cashew nut, cardamom and dry grapes in ghee for a little while.
- After frying, add water and vermicelli to this mixture and let it to boil.
- After 10 mins, add milk. Wait until the milk is boiled.
- Add the remaining ghee and sugar to this mixture. Cook until well blended.
