Ingredients:

• Milk – 1 litre
• Sugar – 1/2 kg
• Vermicelli (Semiya) – 1/2 kg
• Ghee – 1/4 kg
• Cashew nut – 25
• Cardamom – 5
• Dry Grapes – 25
• Water – 2 cups

Method:

  1. Pour 50 gm of ghee in a frying pan. Fry vermicelli in ghee until it becomes brown.
  2. Keep the vermicelli in a separate plate.
  3. Then fry cashew nut, cardamom and dry grapes in ghee for a little while.
  4. After frying, add water and vermicelli to this mixture and let it to boil.
  5. After 10 mins, add milk. Wait until the milk is boiled.
  6. Add the remaining ghee and sugar to this mixture. Cook until well blended.
